STAND 2B does not only handle your exhibition stand’s design, we also support you throughout your project: from design brief to stand construction to assembly and disassembly. Once the design has been fully approved, we start constructing it with our partner carpenters.
STAND 2B manages and monitors every stage of your stand’s construction. As a design agency, we manage your project’s implementation and we follow the creation process step by step: from the initial briefing to assembly and disassembly, including fabrication. At STAND 2B, we are in close contact with our partner carpenters. Your satisfaction means a lot to us!
Stand construction: our environmentally-friendly approach
Whether it is a custom-built or an eco-modular stand, we have been working with proven French and European contractors for many years. Our partner carpenters have all signed our responsible purchase charter, attesting that they are working in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as international human rights, work conditions, environment and ethics conventions. STAND 2B received the ISO 20121 certification in November 2016. Accordingly, our stand designs incorporate the use of greener materials and generate less waste. Another step towards more well-being.
Stand construction: our follow-up process
The construction of your stand is overseen by a dedicated project manager according to strict procedures. After the carpenters are given the detailed plans of your stand, including all component specifications, the project manager keeps track of the construction progress to ensure it conforms to your project and ensures that construction is completed in due time and to the highest quality standards. Our objective is clear: your exhibition must meet your expectations in every way. Another step towards your satisfaction.
Stand construction: two approaches to construction
Our approach to construction is different depending on whether we are addressing a custom-built or an eco-modular stand. For the former, construction is a tradesmen’s job: each component is tailor-made by our partner carpenters, locksmiths, painters and sign manufacturers. For the latter, construction is based on the assembly of various components and modules made up of an aluminium frame whose size is adapted to your exhibition plan. This frame is then covered with materials printed using water-based sublimation. The benefit of this process is great ink durability. No thinners are used during the manufacturing of our eco-modular stands. Additionally, they can be used outdoors as sublimation printing is UV resistant.
The materials we use in both our custom-built and our eco-modular stands exceed legal industry standards in terms of fire resistance, safety glass (securit), structural load, etc.
